Abstract

|
The prompt covering of the avulsed area with adequate skin is the key to successful treatment of the denuded fingers.
It is difficult problem to cover simultaneously multiple soft tissue defects on several fingers of one hand.
Using the principle of abdominal multiple paired flaps, multiple soft tissue defects on several fingers of one hand can be simultaneously covered in one operation.
The function of the hand was dynamically well preserved.
Here we present four cases of multiple soft tissue injuries on several fingers treated by abdominal multiple paired flaps.
